In our Bassline Burn HIIT class, get ready for an electrifying HIIT experience like never before. This high-intensity interval training class combines explosive cardio with house, techno, and dubstep beats.

Expect sweat, speed, and serious burn in a club-style setting with flashing lights and bass drops that drive your every move. It's the perfect fusion of fitness and music, designed to push limits and elevate your heart rate.

  • Rhythm-based classes mean that the music guides all the movement that we do. Most EDM songs have a build up before a big drop, so our instructors are trained in how to maximize movement so that when the beat drops, you will experience fun & energizing Movements that are in sync with the beats.

  • Our cycle classes are 45 minutes total consisting of a warm-up, blocks of workouts to the beat, and then a cool down.

  • While each instructor may vary on the loudness of their music, each instructor respects that too loud of music can ruin the dance floor, so our instructors to trained to constantly be adjusting the volume throughout the class. In addition, free ear plugs are provided before each class!
